So what these image compressions do is combining colors that you can't see the difference in anyway. This makes the image smaller because it has less colors.

If you have a WordPress website use a service like imagify.io or EWWWW Image Optimizer. These plugins automatically compress the image when you upload it.

Or you can use a CDN service that resizes and compress your images.
